Thrumwatt / Facility energy report

A report built for operational review.

Explore the fields behind a facility energy report: period usage, reading recency, demand, and capacity headroom.

The decrease on July 5 is shown as an illustrative possible meter reset. Its negative interval is excluded from the historical total.

Operational context

What these fields support

01

Review historical usage

Check period energy alongside valid-interval counts and excluded decreases before comparing meter history.

02

Check reading recency

Use the latest reading date and facility time zone to assess whether the saved meter data is within the 7-day freshness window.

03

Compare demand with the limit

Review the latest valid average demand against the configured operating limit. Headroom is the difference; it is not a peak-demand forecast.

Source and calculation notes

  • Illustrative source: example cumulative meter readings, facility time zone, and configured operating limit.
  • Historical energy use: sum nonnegative changes between adjacent readings with positive elapsed time. Decreasing cumulative values are excluded as possible meter resets; intervals with non-positive elapsed time are also excluded.
  • Reading freshness: calendar-day age is assessed in the facility time zone. The sample status uses the July 7, 2026 snapshot date and a 7-day window.
  • Average demand and headroom: the latest valid meter delta is divided by elapsed hours; configured operating limit minus that average demand gives capacity headroom.

This static sample contains no real facility readings and does not represent a customer result, measured savings, or customer outcome.
